One of my favorite all time products I worked on was a photo sharing service at AOL. Originally “You’ve Got Pictures”  it turned later into a web 2.0 platform named simply “AOL Pictures”.   It is now gone.  The servers are off, the photos removed and all remains is a memory.

But I love photos, so flickr is now my home.

One of my favorite photos is from a trip to Paris in 2008.. Not the Eifel Tower, just feeding a bird some crepe.

Willspeaking - that’s my blog.   It started many years ago at AOL as a blog for the teams at AOL Silicon Valley.   Then I moved it to Blogspot, and blogged about all sorts of things.   Now I’m on tumblr.     It should be a lot of fun. Tumblr is a good platform, and exciting to start blogging again.
